It’s been a couple weeks since this was formally released. I loved the VMA live version but the hook on the studio version seemed off with the snare drums overpowering Ye’s vocals. Don’t get me wrong the snares are one of my favourite parts of the track but I was disappointed in the overall quality. Kanye released this remastered version today and the sound has been perfected.

I’ve been busy as hell getting everything together for the end of the year and beginning of ‘09 hence the M.I.A.ness of posts on here. There’s a lot in the works that I’m excited to share when the time is right. For now I’m going to share the sampler to the new Foreign Exchange album “Leave it All Behind”. I’ve been anticipating this since the release of “Connected” and teasers in Phonte’s Gordon Gartrell Radio show.

Been quite some time since I last posted, sorry I know I gotta stay up. Between site issues while switching to the new version of Wordpress and life getting in the way I haven’t been able to post. I got to get everything back together and going to restart again tonight with a bunch of random shit.

The song below is something I have been waiting on since Kanye released the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing Mixtape”. Over-production seems to take away from the rawness of the original mixtape track but still dope nonetheless.
